Tradition Meets Modern Tea Culture | Nana’s Green Tea Las Vegas
Our process starts long before you place an order. Tea leaves grow under carefully managed shade to boost chlorophyll, then dry and age for flavor depth. We grind to micro-fine consistency moments before brewing, lock in aromas, and whisk in a precise M-shaped motion that creates a signature froth. Milk is steamed to 150 °F to marry with matcha’s umami, while non-dairy alternatives stay chilled to highlight the tea’s grassy notes. Parfaits follow the same respect for craft—layers are assembled in a strict order to keep textures crisp. This devotion to detail is why regulars call our drinks “liquid zen.”

A place for Japanese delicacies

Nana’s Green Tea began in Japan with a mission to preserve ceremonial matcha techniques developed in the Edo period. Generations of tea artisans perfected grinding, blending, and whisking to create a velvety brew packed with natural sweetness. When we opened in Las Vegas, we brought those same time-honored methods to the desert, pairing them with the city’s love for experiential dining. Every scoop of powder in our café is stone-ground in Uji or Shizuoka before traveling halfway across the world. The result is a cup that honors centuries of Japanese heritage while fitting right in on bustling Buffalo Drive.
